When planning comes first, construction is the easier part.
Most renovation projects go sideways before a wall opens — not because of bad construction, but because of decisions that weren't made early enough. Scope creep, sticker shock, mid-build changes. These are planning failures, not construction ones.
Our process is designed to eliminate them. Every project follows the same structured path — from first conversation to final walkthrough.
Before anything else, we talk. We want to understand what you're envisioning, where you are in the process, and whether your project is a strong fit for our team. This isn't a sales call — it's a fit check for both of us. If we're not the right team for your project, we'll tell you honestly.
Once we've confirmed alignment, we visit your home. This is a structured, paid engagement — typically one hour depending on scope. We walk the space together, photograph existing conditions, take precise 3D scan measurements, and ask the questions that only an in-person visit can answer.
From that visit, we produce your Rough Order of Magnitude — a realistic, data-informed investment range grounded in your actual home, not a phone call estimate.
Investment: $250+ — credited toward your Pre-Construction Agreement if you move forward.
Pre-Construction is where your project gets built on paper, before any work begins. We coordinate with trade partners, validate design selections for constructability, develop your full Scope of Work, and prepare the complete planning package your build requires.
A note on design: We coordinate design, we don't create it. If your project requires full interior design services, we'll connect you with a trusted design partner. Once that vision is defined, we make sure it's buildable.
Pre-Construction concludes when your project reaches Build-Ready State — all selections confirmed, trade pricing verified, and every detail accounted for.
When Pre-Construction is complete, you receive a fully defined, fixed-price construction proposal. Every line item is based on real trade input and verified conditions. What you sign is what you pay. No allowances. No placeholders. No surprises built in.
Production dates are confirmed, material timelines are locked, and trade sequencing is coordinated. By the time we mobilize, your schedule is already protected — not just planned.
Chris leads every project in the field. You have direct access to us — not a project manager you've never met. Progress is tracked through your personal project dashboard: milestones, approvals, documents, and updates in one place, always accessible.
We conduct a final walkthrough together, address the Punch List, and ensure everything meets the standard it was built to. You leave with a space that was planned with care and finished the same way.
