Chris put in a new shower and countertops in my condo when I was preparing to sell. I really liked his work and work ethic and he had just completed a first-floor renovation for my cousin - including a new kitchen - which turned out beautifully, so it was a no brainer when I bought my townhouse that he should do the work. My townhouse was built in 1993 and although the Primary Bath had been slightly changed, the rest of the house had never been updated. It was an 8-week project that basically turned into a whole house renovation which included 3 full baths, a new kitchen, new hardwood floors, laminate floors and carpeting, building up walls, a new front door, new ceiling and wall fixtures and painting of the whole house.
